A Great Day to Play Hooky

Hunter's Monday babysitter (Grandpa Bill) was off gallivanting the state of Florida this week and instead of finding a substitute, Alex and I decided to have a family hooky day. Luckily for us it ended up being a warm 70 degrees (far from what last year's March gave us) so we were able to spend some time outdoors. We headed to Nelson Park in Plymouth where we had a picnic lunch and Huntski got to see what a playground is. He was even able to try the swing out for his very first time.Of course he was much too entertained in watching all the other kids running and screaming around the park to really care about this brand new experience.

Also, back by popular demand, here is another episode of the Dad/Son Drum Duo working on a new original piece.  This was taken just moments ago in our family living room:

And just to fill some space, a couple extra handsome pictures of our little man....
