We decided to do reverse trick-or-treating this year; instead of knocking on doors to get treats, we knocked on doors to give treats (home-made pumpkin bread). We stopped to see Deb and Dave (Deb used to babysit Bubs every Friday...she was his Friday Best Friend), but unfortunately they were not there, so we were only able to do a goodies drop-off and not the stop-and-chat we were hoping for.
Then we surprised Aunty Allie at work. She was quite delighted by the visit.
Our final stop was at Grandpa Bill and Margaret's house.
Hunter was the Santa Claus of Halloween Candy. He kept pulling treats out of his bucket and handed them out to everyone in the room....I am going to have to remind him next year that Grandpa Bill is not the only person who likes snickers and that he should start distributing those a little more evenly between his Grandpa and his mom!!
hey and auntie allie loves snickers too. hehe. yes that was the best surprise on halloween for me. i am so grateful you did that. love you all. and oh yea ps alex did pick out the perfect costume.
