Another Month Goes By

Can you believe that Hunter is already over 5 months old? Yes I say this every month, but time really is flying by. He is growing up so fast! My sister Lindsey emailed me this picture the other day, which reminded me just how little he used to be:

 And look at him just a few short months later:

Of course, even though I occasionally try to do the whole photo-shoot thing with Hunter,  I can never seem to capture his cuteness quite like Lindsey can:

The biggest update that month 5 has to offer is that after being alone at the top of the #1 hits list by itself, "Five Green and Speckled Frogs" has finally been pushed down a slot on the charts. Replacing it at the top of Hunter's List of Favorites is "Tony Chestnut". This song settles him down no matter how upset he is. I have even been able to use it as a lullaby on nights when he is having a hard time going to sleep. This song was introduced to us a few weeks ago by our family friend Ally K. and has quickly become a staple in the Light House. For anyone who is unfamiliar with it, here is a video to help you learn it...but I must put out the disclosure that this is one of those songs that is extremely hard to get out of your head
